A highly expressive GABA oolong built using premium Oolong 12 cultivar material.

This tea stood out to us because of the way the GABA process interacted with the cultivar itself, creating a layered and aromatic tea while still preserving elegance, structure and strong returning sweetness.

The liquor opens with ginger floral aromatics and warm cinnamon spice before moving into wine-like brightness and lingering honeyed sweetness. A strong huigan develops across multiple infusions, making this a particularly rewarding tea for Gong Fu brewing.
