Kao Doi is a warm, nostalgic blend of 50% roasted Thai sticky rice and 50% Pranit’s award-winning Silk Black Tea. Crafted in the highlands, this tea delivers a uniquely satisfying experience—nutty, honeyed, and fruity, with a light coppery hue and incredibly smooth finish.

With its naturally low caffeine and comforting roasted aroma, Kao Doi is ideal for winding down or enjoying as a post-meal indulgence. A modern take on a regional favorite, this blend captures the essence of Thai mountain culture in every cup.

• Hot Brew: 3.5g in 200ml water at 100°C for 4 mins

• Iced Tea: 10g in 1L water at 90°C for 4 mins, strain, then add 400ml room-temp water

• Cold Brew: 20g in 1L water, steep chilled for 30 mins
