A focused tasting of four distinctive teas from Northern Thailand, selected for experienced drinkers who want to compare cultivar, processing and seasonal character across oolong, black and white tea.
Inside the selection
- Thai Jin Xuan Oolong (TTES No. 12), 20g: orchid, green plum, smooth texture and clean lingering sweetness.
- Jungle Ruby Thai Black Tea, 20g: malted honey, dark fruit, floral sweetness and a clean mineral finish.
- Yunnan Golden Needle Black Tea, 20g: wild honey, floral nectar and ripe apricot over a smooth, silky liquor with a lingering sweet finish.
- Oriental Beauty Spring 2026, 20g: wildflower honey, muscat grape, ripe peach, dark stone fruit and lingering sweetness.
Total tea weight: 80g. Each tea is packed separately for freshness and side-by-side tasting.
Spring lots of TTES No. 12 and No. 17 are harvested around March. From May, summer production moves toward more black tea and red oolong. Contents are limited by the available seasonal harvest.
