Crimson Honey combines the ripe-fruit character of Oriental Beauty-style oolong with GABA processing. Produced in the Mae Salong tea region of Northern Thailand, it offers a rich, aromatic cup with sweetness that lasts across repeated infusions.

Brewing guide
Gongfu: Use 5–6 g per 100 ml at 90–95°C. Steep for 15–20 seconds and increase gradually.
Western: Use 3–4 g per 250 ml at 90°C for 2–3 minutes.
