Amber Smoke | Oolong 17 GABA

A darker and more atmospheric interpretation of GABA tea using Oolong 17 cultivar material.

Rather than leaning heavily floral, this tea developed a softer peat smoke character with fermented pear notes, mineral sweetness and a clean wine-like finish. The result is a tea with a calm, contemplative profile while still remaining elegant and highly drinkable.

An unusual and memorable tea with strong crossover appeal for lovers of darker oolongs, whisky and more oxidative flavour profiles.
