Amber Smoke is a Thai GABA oolong made from TTES No. 17 Bai Lu (白鷺, White Egret), a Taiwanese-developed tea cultivar now grown in Northern Thailand. Careful oxidation and GABA processing build a deep, layered cup while preserving the cultivar’s aromatic character.
Tasting notes
- Peat smoke and warm wood
- Fermented pear and dark fruit
- Mineral sweetness
- Long, wine-like finish
